Management doesn't listen to the employees needs. You are treated as a number. If management doesn't like you personally they will fire you, but if they do like you the same thing someone else gets fired for isn't even mentioned. HR doesn't care about the employees and will side with management over the truth. Favoritism is shown to certain employees. Raises are rarely given (to keep the GM's bottom line low so he can get a bonus). The needed tools that are required to do the job cannot be purchases for you until they can make it not look to bad on there books. Cannot get good equipment. Safety is hammered to a ridiculous level (at one point a safety vest was going to be required to walk to your car). It's safety first until a job needs to be done then safety is out the window in favor of profits. The management have no clue about scheduling.
