      1. Good company. 2. Pays on time 3. Provides Health Insurance to parents.

      Cons

      1. Night Shift allowance is only 4k per month. 2. No Transport. 3. Fixed shifts. 4. Provides less hikes 5 to 7% per annum even in spite if you get high ratings. 5. No Bonus

      Only two experience employ will gain from this organisation is POSH & POLITICS. People who worked deligenntly or do samrt work then they can't sustain in this organisation.

      Cons

      One manager to another Collaborate with their Favourite employee, make false witnesses, and terminate well deserved people who only determined to Work. You will get promoted in this organisation if you are very good at nodding your head in every aunethical Circumstances, sugar coating, buttering. They have Logo Safety 365. Which is only in email, hanging on the walls, precisely nobody cares apart from that.
