Pros

Not one - the company is led by militant, delusional, self serving, uneducated back stabbers. If you are not part of the "good ole boy network," or god forbid you say something negative about one of the executives, you may as well give two weeks notice - they will fire you for your opinion. If they ask for it, they will give it to you.

Cons

Not one leader there - awful, misguided leadership. I would not work there if you paid me $500K per year, and gave me a 30 hour work week.

It's a paycheck that's about all I can say. I show up everyday, bust my butt for them and miss out on seeing my family and they still want more.

Cons

#1- Upper Management #2- If they could put a barcode label on our heads they would- employees below SVP's are trash. Tossed out to rot. #3- If SK employee- sooner or later you will be replaced with CH #4- Pencil pushers-come to the field for more then 15 minutes to UNDERSTAND the business #5-100- Upper Management's Boy Club you are the problem

Good plan, great admin. team, free food and beverages.

Cons

I barely received training and when I did I was all online. The systems need to be updated and need to work for all divisions, not just a " make it work" patch. I was hired on to overhaul their processes and get them ready to go for busy season. Instead I was chasing POs and cleaning up bad admin. issues. I think they wanted someone without a voice who would just do what they were told and never question their judgements in doing business.
