Women are not paid equally, no raises, bonus structure changes annually and is less lucrative and harder to attain each time, no recognition for achieving budgets, expected to do more for less pay while the company acquires a new competitor or two annually, frequent layoffs, the boots on the ground are disgruntled and are not paid adequately and can sour an entire crew and make routine business impossible, the customers needs and wants are not number one priority, it's the "clean harbors way or the highway".....
