      Lots of cuts, but not in the right area

      Pros

      Lucky enough to have a manager that allows for a good work-life balance, but that is not the case for everyone. Owner is open to trying new things/systems etc...

      Cons

      Benefits are not good and getting worse. Taking away a lot of incentives for employees to make up for the major loss from a huge acquisition. Doesn't seem fair.

      Good position - many positions to recruit for, never a dull moment.

      Cons

      Too many changes in a short period of time. Too many acquisitions in a short period of time with no "change management" training to go along with it. Companies acquired did not receive much training or time to adjust to CHES way.

      Pros

      Frankly other then the money there's not much of pros to work there.

      Cons

      Poor Management, poor communication, and a lot of favoritism. High Turn-over of employees and staff. need to fight to be able to have hours weekly, and again it comes to a very poor management.
