Most of the people are great. Casual environment

Cons

Management doesn't explain what is expected. No input from employees, very top down communication. No communication when things go well, but write-up or reprimand if you make a mistake.

Pros

Clean Scapes is a great place to work. The company has been helpful and accommodating, providing me with a useful learning opportunity as I transition out of the Air Force, participating in the DoD‘s Skillbridge program. My on-boarding process was streamlined and quick. The management team put together a solid array of projects, uniquely tailored to my experience to let me make fast, substantive contributions to the company, while developing an understanding of a new industry.

Cons

Clean Scapes is a large and dynamic organization, which can make it challenging to understand while onboarding.
