      It wasn't a pleasant place

      Pros

      I learned to be on my own and how to be resourceful without the need of relying to somebody else to succeed on my role.

      Cons

      Everyone was too concerned of getting ahead of one another. There's no sense of teamwork and it was hard to find real good friends because backstabbing was common. It wasn't a pleasant place to work.

      The management of this company is useless. We customer representatives keep getting the same complaints from clients, and we keep raising these issues to the managers. Unfortunately, the management likes to pretend that they don't hear anything and just ignores our valid concerns. So, we're stuck answering the same complaints from clients over and over again without any progress. Why have these managers in the first place if they won't deal with the problems faced by the company anyway?

      Pros

      They provide employees with ample training that helps them to grow personally and professionally. I liked that part best during my time.

      Cons

      The mnagement can be quite rude when it comes to sharing feedback. They use words without thinking that they are hurting someone. I felt so bad after every feedback session with them.
