      Pros

      Great community of people to work with and a fun industry.

      Cons

      Very little opportunity for upward mobility. Management team is not the type pf leadership that lifts you up and makes you fell valued. But if something goes wrong, they are really quick to email and ask why you can't do your job.

      My manager was a good person.

      Cons

      The workplace had extreme pressure. Your responsibilities will increase with time, but the pay won't grow at the same pace. I was disappointed, so I quit.

      Dysfunctional, poorly lead company

      Pros

      They have a very talented group of people working there.

      Cons

      This company is controlled by ego-driven personalities with a complete lack of self-awareness. There is no transparency and all the decisions go through the CEO. The company is one of the most dysfunctional, poorly lead , morale challenged organizations I have ever been a part of in a long career. Avoid it. A lot of the employees were miserable.
