      Pros

      -Awesome people that form a close-knit motivated environment. Angelique and Robert Irvin are some of the best bosses I've ever had in my 14 year career. They motivate me regularly and create a very rare culture of appreciation that I thought didn't exist anywhere anymore. They acknowledge my potential and make me proud to work. I'm very grateful! -The technicians and engineers are some of the best and most productive I've ever seen. I learn a ton! -I look forward to growing with Clear Align. I'm motivated and want only success for the company. -The quality of Clear Align products is amazing. Seriously. Check them out.

      Cons

      -Occasionally people can become negative and forget gratitude, but they lift each other out of those moods instead of perseverating and stressing themselves out. -The negative reviews I see on here from former employees surprise me. My experience has not been bad at all compared to almost every other company I've worked at.

      Low pay, extremely volatile, hostile, and poorly managed.

      Pros

      The work is interesting. Besides the management all of the employees are outstanding.

      Cons

      Owners are more concerned with image than employee moral. Frequent shouting matches between owners and employees generally initiated by the owners making it a hostile work place. The company is extremely top heavy.

      Excellent Engineering Team - Like the Job a Lot

      Pros

      The work is interesting and the engineering team is exceptional. Management is demanding of top notch work but fair on what can be done with resources available. Flexibility of work hours/telecommuting is a nice perk. I was always treated well especially by the CEO who bent over backwards. Company is growing and seems to really care about employees and be loyal to them. I miss working for the company.

      Cons

      Don't come her if you want t 40 hour week. bit understaffed for current growth.
