      Worst Workloads and lack of Staff Led to Stress

      Pros

      It's mandatory to write something in this section, so I am writing this. In my opinion, there were no pros to working here.

      Cons

      I think that if something goes wrong in an organization, the management is directly responsible for it. Here, the management was incompetent, arrogant, and terrible at its job. They never admitted that they could be wrong. The workloads were always high, but the staff members were always low. It meant unwanted stress, exhaustion, and aggression among employees. It also led to a toxic and hostile environment. Avoid!

      Pros

      I got to meet some real experts on the job. They were kind and friendly and they were great mentors too. I've learned a lot from them.

      Cons

      I was always doing more work than I signed up for, but I was not being paid accordingly. I have to admit that the reviews about people there being overworked, underpaid, and underappreciated were totally true. The work was never-ending, and the pressure from the management was relentless. It created trouble for my personal life, and it stained my relationship to the people who matter the most to me.

      Pros

      I like my job and what I do.

      Cons

      This company is very inefficient due to its usage of outdated systems. The whole work environment needs a serious upgrade, but the management never bothers to check up on its employees. The salary is also not as good compared to other companies, and the benefits package is decent at best. You should join other companies instead.
