      Pros

      There's a good amount of inventory and the systems given to sales people work well. Good guarantee pay for the first year. After the first year you go back to almost minimum wage and commission pay is not that high.

      Cons

      No flexibility. Micromanage. The company is losing a lot of top talent due to the lack of vision from old management styles and people who have titles that shouldn't.

      Pros

      The friendships that were made with other co-workers was probably the only pro to the company. I would say being able to wear whatever you wanted, but that would be a con if you saw the way some of these people dressed.

      Cons

      Difficult management and no room for growth. No matter where you turn, or who you go to for help its like hitting a brick wall.
