      Pros

      Working on the sales team is the best work environment I've ever experienced. My co-workers are knowledgeable, supportive and highly driven. There is an ability to have a healthy work/life balance and it is fun to come into work every day.

      Cons

      Trying to get a promotion or a raise is next to impossible. They are working on restructuring but at the moment upward movement is non-existent.

      flexible field sales role, comfortable office environment

      Cons

      Lack of support, guidance and progression. There is an element of favouritism with unprofessional attitudes when dealing with employees. BDMs at the bottom of the food chain put in the hard graft which is rarely recognised or appreciated from senior management, who have an extremely fickle approach to managing their employees.
