Useless management, no leadership, no positive energy, zero motivation - souless position. They'll suck the life out of you.Avoid.

So utterly obsessed with doing the 'right' thing on paper that they forget about doing the right thing for their staff. I have also never worked anywhere where jobs are made up and people are doing virtually nothing, it is farcical. Pay is low for the industry and they try and make up for it by having a 'cool culture' - except it's only cool if you are 20 and like to drink a lot.
