      Pros

      It was a foot in the door of the industry, but I wish I left years earlier.

      Cons

      Salespeople were heavily favored and it was super demoralizing to the rest of the staff. Most of the staff stayed late and worked hard, but never saw the pay raises they deserved, but sales got everything.
