Pros

The office in Golden Square is insane, it even has free refrigerated drinks. Everyone in the Office is super friendly and more than willing to help you out if you're stuck. For my particular role, the salary is decent and I am only working the hours I have been contracted to do (very good work/life balance). Lots of learning opportunities. Access to discount off of lots of renowned retailers. Yearly 10% bonus.

Management including senior don't know a** from elbow. Don't give a damn about workloads. they have high expectations and extremely poor communications. Training is poor and majority of people are trying to climb the career ladder so will trample over you to get there. One of the Directors there was apparently an advocate of mental health, yet CCUK have an extremely high rate of staff sickness due to stress and does that improve when you return from long term sick? No it doesn't, in fact it gets even worse. No good raising this with your line manager as you'll be told to go back on sick again. How managers work up the ranks in CCUK with no training/people skills is beyond me. Its taken me to work for a different company to realise how bad CCUK is to work for
