      Pros

      Social aspect is good with colleagues but that’s about it

      Cons

      Company boasts about fairness however it’s mostly for staff who are in the the seniors. The pay is really bad at this company with so many people leaving and a lot of the sales directors look down on anyone who isn’t a senior. No fairness or progression in a lot of the teams.

      Pros

      Like everyone I'll say that the people are great. It's got a nice relaxed vibe and people at all levels are approachable and helpful. People at CC genuinely work hard to make sure the company lives up to it's values, so they're not just statements on the website. Big enough to be interesting, but small enough to feel personal.

      Cons

      Pay isn't the highest, but not bad. The impact of the US and central teams can be a bit cumbersome.
