      It is a relatively easy product to sell. Compensation matches the position.

      Cons

      Very top heavy in management with Branch Presidents still running the markets like it looked 15 years ago. Sales leadership is predominantly administrators who think they have a handle on sales while they do not understand the changing marketplace

      Easy going work environment. Good employee relations overall. Lots of experience doing everything marketing has to offer.

      The pay scale was low for my position. This may have changed since my employment there.
