Pros

Upper management cares about their people. They don't just talk the talk but walk the walk. The pandemic created a nightmare for them and they handled the resulting redundancies as gracefully and humanly as possible.

Cons

Very laborious and time intensive booking system for sales representatives. Really needs to be streamlined so that they can concentrate on selling.
