      You get to travel if you're lucky.

      Cons

      Benefits are expensive. Do not offer proprer training for the jobs involved. Only promote those who have close frienships. Do not offer tuition reimbursement or valid training and or certifications. Have not offered raises in several years. Over work you with no proper compensation. Do your research before signing off on anything that can bind you especially when it comes to federal and international guidelines which they dont train you.

      There is much to learn by traveling to assigned markets

      Cons

      Compensation depends on market assignments and that depends solely NOT on past performance. 10yrs on the job, increased my revenue goals so high that no one could reach that level. Asked for a year for new assignments which were given to inexperienced employees. Please don't believe this is a reputable company!!!!
