      - pockets of nice people - very nice london office in heart of soho - free coffee and tea - free fruit

      Cons

      - too many contractors dictating projects with their own agendas - no training budget for permanent employees (management point you in direction of Udemy) - internal politics damaging culture - poor benefits - strong dependency on external agencies/vendors - too many priorities - rush to get stuff done
