      Pros

      Great products, excellent medium that is growing due to digital changing the Out of Home landscape. Can make good money if you are willing to work for it.

      Cons

      Constant new initiatives that require immediate focus only to be dropped and replaced with something else they deem a priority. A form for everything, technology not integrated.
