      Pros

      Great team commradary in a fascinating industry with ample opportunities to develop and progress. I was also lucky to get lots of opportunities to travel.

      Cons

      The salary was always average at best and the working hours could be crazy at times but never went unappreciated.

      Pros

      Lots of freedom to try new approaches and decide how to do your job. Good pay for the industry. Benefits above average. Work is challenging (both good & bad) given the pressure from Private Equity ownership.

      Cons

      Cost pressures mean you're always working to a tight budget, and it's a very short term time horizon... anything long-term is shelved.

      Pros

      The ME scheme allows you to progress in the out of home advertising world at a rapid pace. It also allows you to be exposed to all areas of the business. The vibe in the office is extremely relaxed and is incredibly sociable. Drinks after work are a very regular thing.

      Cons

      Commission is based on the sales team hitting quarterly targets and the payout is not generally great. Pay could also be a little better. Would also love to see more company benefits.
