      Great form of media, decent presence in most major markets. Can be effective as part of media mix for advertisers. Company invests in data for clients.

      Cons

      Top down management style disconnected from reality, focusing workforce bandwidth inefficiently. Probably negative 5 percentage points of revenue with mismanagement Lack of healthy debate from ground up, hubris from a majority of sales management pool that only has experience in one OOH company and one management style.

      Pros

      I learned a lot working there, met some smart and good co-workers.

      Cons

      Management is toxic, they bully you when you're not in "in" crowd and they show favoritism. I watched good professional people get fired because a manager didn't "like" them and watched someone with no skills continue to get promoted because they were liked.
