      Pros

      Lots of potential growth, flexible hours, great personalities

      Cons

      Very disorganized and management was lost. My interview (with a department head) versus actual position were very different. It was as if they were winging it the whole way through. Was told I would be a part of team, once I started I was the team. I had four different managers in a 3 month period. This was just after a reorganization so I hope it would have changed

      Pros

      No dress code. The interview process is easy if you know how to form a complete sentence. The ability to travel.

      Cons

      They chew you up and spit you out. Turnover is wicked high. There is no development. If you have a bad month expect to be escorted out the door.

      Everything from benefits to hours are just terrible. They don't take care of their employees.
