      Pros

      The company gave me numerous opportunities to master sales skills - training, mentorship. Also gave me the autonomy that was needed to work independently to realize how I work the best and most productivey, and to realize purpose beyond salary with no ceiling and no floor. Medical benefits. Nice family-like environment.

      Cons

      When I worked there, there was not enough effort in our marketing department to truly support sales department, push social media, etc. I believe there have been efforts to change that since I had left the company.

      Pros

      The outdoor industry is doing great. You have the opportunity to do really well.

      Cons

      Management is only concerned with trying to stay out of bankruptcy so nobody and no position is safe from being eliminated. Corporate manament changes every other year. Pay raises don't exist.
