Pros

CCO is pretty much sink or swim. I was not trained to do any of my positions there. Depending on what market you are in, people will be encouraging and nice.

Cons

Sometimes wires are crossed. Some managers do not know what they are doing, and most workers are overloaded with work that is not in their job description.

Years of inept managers at the branch level (and above). Don't sacrifice yourself here. Whatever you do is NEVER good enough!
