My experience so far has taught me a good lesson on exactly how a company should not be run

Cons

Have seen senior staff berating and bullying people multiple different times. Under investment in key areas but over investment where not needed. Never seen churn of employees this high.

Cons

Health benefits could be better compared to my previous employer. Hopefully that changes as we grow!
