      Pros

      What has stood out in my first 3 months has been the drive to push the group forward. Objectives, strategy and support are well-established and broadcast to provide a strong base for career development. Strong tech showing, so i'm learning a lot.

      Cons

      too early to have any serious gripes. I hope to write the same in 1 year!

      Pros

      I recently joined the Clear Street. I really liked the open work culture. I am getting exposure to various business domain and enjoying free breakfast, snacks and food stipend (Doordash credits for lunch). Location is plus with great view of NYC from the floor. Overall it is a great place to work.

      Cons

      Company is in initial phase so sometimes it feels little too dynamic
