      Pros

      I've had a tremendous experience at CS. The people are top notch, intelligent, professional, hardworking, team players, and creative. It's an honor to work here alongside such a great team.

      Pros

      Smart teammates, interesting projects, free lunch and great pantry, successful business. The culture here is generally focused on work and very much feels like an intersection between a finance and tech environment. If you're expecting the typical tech startup feel, you won't get that here (which I like, but is obviously not for everyone). There's clearly an effort to onboard new members to the organization and to improve processes across the board.

      Cons

      Paternity leave can be better (currently only 4 weeks).
