      Pros

      Highly dynamic, tech and client focused. Great place to work with focus on people. Definitely a start-up feel and great culture.

      Cons

      Healthcare options are very costly compared to other firms on the street. Need more physical room as the firm is ever growing and we are running out of space.

      I've been working at Clear Street for just over 2 years, and it’s been an incredibly rewarding experience. The firm fosters a collaborative and positive work environment with good work life balance, and I am confident in the future of the business. Management is approachable and I love coming into the office each day. You can really make your mark on the business and make a positive difference. It's an exciting place to be. There’s a real focus on innovation, and I feel that my contributions are valued. I truly enjoy working here and see a lot of potential for growth both for the firm and for employees.

      Cons

      Although the cash compensation is excellent and there is generous equity, the benefits and 401K could be a little better as well as the vacation policy. Also the communication between departments could be more streamlined to reduce any delays or misalignment. This is especially important as we grow internationally. I am not saying this is a con, but can see this as being an issue going forward, we just need to keep on top of it.

      Pros

      Some of the best folks in the Industry building a back office system from scratch, great place to interact with smart folks and learn regardless of level.

      Cons

      Management has been awful and hopefully changes with the new breed coming in. Changes in direction, lack of DEI, lack of hiring in groups and juvenal atmosphere hurts the overall build.
