Clear Street is a really great place to be, as an engineer I'm inspired by colleagues around me everyday, and yet I have good amount of autonomy to break down the problems and achieve the goals. Compared to all my prior experiences in traditional finance, I truly believe that we are here being disruptive and revolutionary for this industry!
