      Pros

      Laid back culture, innovative, high energy, young staff, work-from-home, and opportunities to work at different offices across the country. My experience has been nothing but exceptional. I can be myself at work and can voice my ideas freely. The team is always ready to help others learn and grow.

      Cons

      We are growing so fast that it is hard to keep up with all of the different people who are getting hired.

      Pros

      The most painless start to a job in terms of setting up benefits, systems etc. Great work environment, very team oriented with plenty of opportunities to make an impact given the rapid growth. Comp is solid with a lot of upside.

      Added difficulty in winning business as competitors are well established.

      Pros

      While I didn't know about Clear Street when I first started interviewing with them, it became quickly evident to me that this is a place I would want to work. The people are smart, kind, collaborative, and management wants you to reach your highest potential. Given the environment it's also great for someone like me who wanted the opportunity to have more ownership and autonomy in my work as well as work on creative projects and help build things from the ground up. Comp and bens are also excellent.

      Cons

      This would be a challenging environment for individuals who are looking for hierarchy and clear cut structure given the fact that we are pretty flat and rapidly growing so there are lots of evolutions and changes. If you don't mind ambiguity and are flexible & adaptable, you'll thrive and find it exciting.
