Pros

The benefits package is amazing! I have never seen anything like it before and it truly reflects the companies employee-focused culture. This company cares for its employees and makes you feel known (unlike some companies where you are just a number). Everyone's voice is heard and changes are made to the company based off of employee feedback. ClearEdge gives you that family feel and really seems to appreciate its employees!

-Great core values -Great mission -Great HR department -Great social events -Great development staff

Cons

-Terrible with micro managing employees -Corporate top heavy with only one direction, grow grow grow all while failing to put proper management in place -Quick rapid decision making is not possible with multiple levels of management
