Pros
ClearEdge IT's benefits are ok. They are competitive with the needs of the intelligence community, however they don't go up and beyond.
Cons
Salaries are horrible, which is one of many reasons I needed to leave. The management at the company is horrible - disconnected with their employee base. You never see your manager, and it's always changing anyhow. Half the time, I didn't know who my manager was.
