      Pros

      Great people, great environment, lots of flexibility and support. The company truly cares about the people we help and our consultants reflect that. It is a fun work environment!

      Cons

      It would be nice to have more resources, better pay and benefits, and offices with windows on a regular basis. But facilities are secondary to the people and the work which are terrific.

      Pros

      Meeting and providing career counseling to professionals in various industries and various job positions is very rewarding. Also, ClearRock has a talented staff of consultants as colleagues.

      Cons

      ClearRock is in an industry, referred to as outplacement, that has a limited number of fulltime positions. However, the part-time, professional roles are equally important and offer personal flexibility.

      Pros

      Level of expertise, reputation, quality of service provided to clients and those we coach. Small company allows us to be flexible in terms of customizing our services. Respectful leadership, entreprenurial environment and 99% customer satisfaction rating.

      Cons

      Any cons I might mention have more to do with the few disadvantages of being a small company as opposed to the company itself. One con, there is no 24X7 technical support staff at ClearRock.
