Pros
The leadership and the entire team at ClearRock are highly capable and committed and they also really care about their clients and candidates with whom they partner. When I joined the company, I had no idea at all that I would ever want to work for and with another company again. Meeting with the President , Laura Poisson and several of the career consultants totally changed my thinking. This is one of the rare organizations that has earned a great reputation and that is as amazing in reality as its image and brand suggest. The consultants feel like part of a team of experts who are always learning together. We are 100% committed to providing outstanding service for our clients and the candidates to whom they connect us.
Cons
I really can't think of any cons. ClearRock is perfect for a career consultant or executive coach who is exceptionally capable as well as positive, team-oriented and looking to balance their own practice with affiliation with a thriving, successful and mission oriented organization.
