Good place to start for a nurse

Pros

Decent hours and decent resources for the size of the hospital. If you stick to yourself, there aren’t too many issues.

Cons

Lower pay compared to other places and there’s little to no support for night shift from management. No access to pharmacy after hours and sometimes it causes mistakes. Seems like we are always doing something wrong and it can be very cliquey.
