Great Co-workers, terrible uppers and management

Love the co workers. Yeah that’s about it.
Cons
HOWEVER, administration and management is terrible. Priorities are totally backwards. It’s turning into more of a SNF rather than IPR. They just want to make an easy profit with patients who are NOT appropriate for IPR, constantly changing rules for staff that make it harder, micromanaging, no grace periods, no care for staff, or appreciation of staff that has been there since the beginning. Significantly Understaffed. No equipment and it’s always the therapy staffs fault, even when it’s not. We’re being over worked and your strict and non flexible rules don’t help. Toxic environment. Shows favoritism of some people over how hard others are working to be shown some appreciation. Always being in a bad mood while there and being EXHAUSTED after being there because of being overworked and seeing so many people within a small time frame.
