I really enjoy the culture at this company. The environment is supportive, professional, and team oriented. I appreciate the strong collaboration between the interdisciplinary team and the corporate team. There is a genuine sense of teamwork, and leadership provides support when needed.

Cons

I would like to see more competitive compensation, especially for the level of responsibility and commitment required in the role.

Great teamwork and collaboration. Benefits (opportunities to earn more) and flexibility a plus

Cons

Same issues that have been brought up time and time again do not get resolved. Leadership is too busy at times trying to assist with getting patients in the door that they drop the ball on doing their actual responsibilities. CEO doesn’t really seem to actually care about what the therapy team does to help patients get better and home, only about the number of beds filled whether or not the patients are appropriate/agreeable to come to the facility and participate in intensive therapy, which makes burn out rates very high.
