Growing variety of projects both within biopharma and in adjacent areas. Significant trust and responsibility given to Analysts and Consultants, allowing for a more rapid learning curve. Single staffing model improves WLB and allows for deep grasp of content areas and shorter project. Culture remains strong despite recent growth.

Cons

Consulting hours (but no travel), IT growing pains, less name recognition outside of biopharma

Smart people that are fun. Limited travel.

Cons

It can be difficult to tell how you are doing within the company (tracking/progressing). Feedback conversations occur behind your back, and there are occasions when that feedback isn't passed along to the individual employee.
