The training, especially at the onset is very high quality and very good. By and large coworkers at the lower levels are also outstanding.

Cons

Zero regard for work life balance, high stress environment. Expect to work 60+ hours per week with little respect for personal time during the week or often even during the weekend. Levels of stress are incredibly high and teams are stretched thin. You are nothing but a number to leadership and there is little positive feedback but ample negative.

Management doesn't really care about the wellbeing of their employees. It drove me to leave. Condition has been getting worse since I left
