Amazing culture, great people, good compensation. The work environment is really energetic. Learn a lot in a really short period of time - develop deep industry experience given breadth of projects. Opportunities for client interaction start early - no "backroom" employees.

Cons

Hours are long, training is on-the-job. For people who enjoy self-directed, high pressure environments, this is the place to be.
