ClearView has a strong focus on mentorship and professional development. Employees also receive frequent, constructive feedback, which is helpful for promoting rapid development (although it is worth noting that high-achieving individuals may find it initially difficult/demoralizing to transition to an environment with frequent constructive feedback). The company is also growing rapidly and is conducting an increasingly wide range of projects (we are expanding beyond our "bread and butter" opportunity assessments and indication prioritization projects into launch planning, corporate strategy, etc.).
