Pros
You'll get involved in the most interesting projects (e.g., next-gen therapies) ranging from target selection, to BD, to launch. If you are fine with the hours, you can collect a great range of experiences and the people who are good will support you. You'll produce good work as well compared to other life science firms.
Cons
There is a reason most of the people here are in their early 20s here, the hours will hurt your mental health (always >55 hrs after you're 8 months in), the pressure is intense, speed is valued most, and leaving will be difficult due to the hours. While you will find support here as a diverse individual there's a woeful lack of true diversity as they tend to recruit from the same places and it can feel like a frat due to the personalities that are preferred here.
