ClearView provides its employees unparalleled opportunities to build core consulting skills and gain broad expertise in the life sciences industry. New hires, who often come directly from undergrad or PhD programs, are given significant responsibility from Day 1 (for example, new hires often present to clients in their first project). ClearView has a strong focus on mentorship and professional development. Employees also receive frequent, constructive feedback, which is helpful for promoting rapid development (although it is worth noting that high-achieving individuals may find it initially difficult/demoralizing to transition to an environment with frequent constructive feedback).
