Pros

There is a strong focus on professional development and maintaining a sort of meritocracy in the workplace. The case work is all focused in the life sciences which makes it an incredible experience for those with scientific backgrounds.

Cons

Hours can occasionally be long, but this is a function of the industry.

I liked it a lot, good place for first job especially. Have seen people from BCG, Mckinsey, Bain turn down their offers to work here for good reason.

Cons

Not a great place to be permanently but amazing stepping stone.

- Early responsibility even for analysts fresh out of college - Great people to work with (at least for managers and below)

Cons

- Poor morale with lots of turnover recently - Company stretched to the limits and constantly staffed out, with attendant consequences for work-life balance - Rapid promotion cycles but promotion decisions seemingly arbitrary and more a function of leadership/senior management exposure and luck with projects rather than competence
