Pros
ClearView is a fantastic place in which to start a career. There's a tremendous emphasis on training and mentorship and we are challenged to take on as much responsibility as we can and want. Unlike so many companies, you can get exposure to all components of the project quickly from data collection and synthesis to problem solving directly with clients. Access to the partnership is easy - they're open to scheduled meetings or to stop by conversations from anyone in the company. Also, there's a clear mission at the company to be best-in-class.
Cons
The large responsibilities we're given, while a benefit from the lens of professional development, can be challenging and stretch us to our limits. There's always a safety net of your team but this job can be difficult! Also, the hours can be somewhat unpredictable but the organization as a whole seems to have fewer projects that have very intense hours (e.g., beyond 9 PM consistently).
