      1.) Great people to work with. 2.) Lots of opportunity for growth. 3.) Great work-life balance. If you have a family this is a 100-Star perk. 4.) Good health insurance.

      Cons

      1.) Corporate Politics (Not uncommon). 2.) Work place gossip depending on the department you reside within.
