      Pay and work schedule but that's about it

      Micromanging at its peak!! They have daily group meetings and announce your stats in front of everyone and praise those who are doing more than others due to staying afterhours with no pay and working on weekends with no pay which is illegal but SCOLD those in front of everyone whose doing the job as their supposed to but people just simply arent answering the phones for assesements. OVERALL very damaging to your mental health.

      LEADERSHIP!! ..They make completing an assessments a competition and will disrespect you and belittle you in team meetings when no one answers the call as if they could do the job better. Just don't do it .. This position and company screams anxiety and stress.

      *No training *No guidance *No transparency *No ethics *No performance reviews/raises *Health coverage cuts off day of layoff *No advance warning to even make a doctors appointment *If your client doesn’t provide a laptop, you won’t get one *Guidance provided, forgotten & then denial of direction *Hire bodies, no healthcare experience *No template library *Layoffs nonchalant AF
