Cons

Constant micromanagement, Strict, authoritarian upper management, Overalll culture of deceit/blindsiding. Upper management CANNOT BE TRUSTED. They just put several hundred people out of work by ARBITRARILY ELIMINATING AN ENTIRE CORPORATE DIVISION TODAY!
